Website and QuickBooks Connector Terms

These terms apply to use of the Savage I.T website, online invoice-payment service and QuickBooks Online connector operated by Savage I.T Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 232 104).
Permitted use
You may use the website to view services, purchase products or services, manage your customer account and submit payment toward a genuine Savage I.T invoice. You must provide accurate information and must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or use another customer’s invoice or account details.
Invoice payments
The invoice number and payment amount entered must match a valid Savage I.T invoice. Submission of a card payment does not alter the underlying invoice terms. A payment is treated as received only after the payment provider confirms settlement. Processing fees, reversals, chargebacks and refunds may be handled separately where applicable.
QuickBooks Online connector
The connector is used internally by Savage I.T to find an existing QuickBooks invoice and record or reconcile a corresponding website payment. It is not intended to create a duplicate customer invoice. Access is limited to authorised Savage I.T personnel and may be disconnected at any time.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party services including SiteGround, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers and Intuit QuickBooks. Their own terms and availability may apply. Savage I.T is not responsible for an outage or failure outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The Savage I.T name, website content, connector code and related materials remain the property of Savage I.T or their respective licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by using the service.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a service failure is limited to resupplying the affected service or the reasonable cost of doing so.
Privacy and security
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your website account credentials secure and notifying Savage I.T of suspected unauthorised activity.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, accounting records, payment systems or website security, or where these terms are breached.
